These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of Krumbs (“we”, “us”, “our”) on the web and through our apps available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Krumbs is operated by sole proprietor Christopher Okhravi, Postia 1161, 214 13 Malmö, Sweden. Contact: hello@krumbs.app.

Using Krumbs

Krumbs is designed to help people learn programming. You may use Krumbs in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Krumbs complies with any laws and regulations that apply to you.

Purchases and subscriptions

Krumbs offers paid features through monthly and annual subscriptions.

Subscriptions are purchased and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to the relevant app store provider's terms and conditions.

The price and subscription period are shown before you complete your purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Refunds and consumer rights

Payments and refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are generally handled by the relevant app store provider in accordance with its policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

Intellectual property

Krumbs, including its software, design, text, lessons, exercises, graphics, and other content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Krumbs or its content without our permission, except where permitted by law.

You may not use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar methods to access, extract, collect, or systematically reproduce content from Krumbs without our permission.

You may not use Krumbs or its content to create datasets for, or to train, develop, or improve, artificial intelligence or machine learning models without our permission, except where permitted by law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Krumbs available and working reliably, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may update, modify, add, or remove features and content over time. Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of changes that materially affect your rights or your use of paid features.

Educational content

Krumbs provides educational content for learning purposes. While we aim to provide accurate and useful material, we cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Krumbs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted by applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use Krumbs.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.

The current version of these Terms will be available on our website.

Resolving disputes

If you have a concern or dispute relating to Krumbs, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@krumbs.app so that we can try to resolve the issue informally before legal proceedings are started.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country where you live.

Any disputes may be brought before the courts or other dispute resolution bodies available to you under applicable consumer law.
